If you run a SQL database (for your ePOS, CRM or business system), you may be looking for an integrated loyalty solution to launch a loyalty program of your own. To set up your SQL integration go to Dashboard > Integrated Products > SQL Integration


Connect your SQL database to Loyal2 by entering the server address details and the user/password for a read-only user on your database. Our connection checker will verify if the database is connected.

Next you must insert your SQL query which will product the merged array of customer and transaction data which we need to process your customer sales/activities into Loyal2:

Once you have your query tested and producing the correct results you can manually import your data using the data-range and button provided. Alternatively, the script will automatically run each day and load the transactions from the day before.

Finally there are a few settings at the bottom of the page which allow you to pause the daily automatic import and receive email notifications for each transaction that is imported.
